Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To unsubscribe, simply text “STOP” to 574-800-4517. Upon receiving your “STOP” message, we will send a confirmation SMS to confirm your opt-out. Once confirmed, you will cease to receive further SMS messages. To rejoin, you can text “START” to 574-800-4517 or opt back in via the app’s User Settings Notifications screen.

Drive & Shine Oil-Change Survey Texts

These terms apply specifically to our oil-change survey text program. When you agree to receive these messages through our staff, you authorize Drive & Shine to send automated text messages containing a survey link following completed oil-change visits.

You may receive up to one survey invitation per completed oil change. Frequency depends on your visits. We do not send survey reminders. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.
