1Can I use my VIP membership on more than one vehicle?
Our VIP memberships are a great way to save money on car washes. With such a significant savings, we can only allow one vehicle per VIP account. You may purchase a one-year VIP prepaid membership and get the 12th month free.
2How often can I wash my car with my VIP membership?
You can wash your car Once a Day. As often as you would like each month that your Unlimited membership remains active!
3How do I find my VIP Membership number?
Your VIP Membership number will be the code from the RFID sticker that was affixed to your windshield when you purchased your plan. This is an 11-digit number separated with a plus (+) symbol. (12345+123456).
4Do I need my VIP Membership number to cancel my plan or update on credit card of file?
Yes, your VIP Membership number can be found under the barcode located on the windshield of your vehicle, if you are unable to find this number please contact VIP@driveandshine.com. This is an 11-digit number separated with a plus (+) symbol. (12345+123456).
5How do I change my credit card of file or cancel my VIP Membership?
Go to www.driveandshine.com. Your VIP Membership number can be found under the barcode located on the windshield of your vehicle, if you are unable to find this number please contact VIP@driveandshine.com. This is an 11-digit number separated with a plus (+) symbol. (12345+123456).
6Do I need a credit card to sign up for a membership?
Yes. A credit or debit card is required for sign up. Drive & Shine offers prepaid VIP Memberships that you may purchase at any location.
7Can I change my membership package?
Yes. You can change your package at any time at your convenient Drive & Shine location.
8Where can I use my unlimited plan?
You can use your Unlimited plan at any Drive & Shine Car Wash.
9How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
To allow processing time, any updates should be completed 72 hours prior to the billing date on which your credit card is charged. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
10Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.
11I need a receipt for the monthly charges to get reimbursed from my employer. Can I get a receipt sent to me each month?
Yes, email VIP@driveandshine.com with your name, Unlimited Pass Number, and the email you would like to have receipts sent to. We will set you up to receive your receipts via email each month.
12What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
You will need to stop by a location to reactivate your plan or contact VIP customer support at VIP@driveandshine.com.
13Is there a contract for VIP Unlimited Membership at Drive & Shine Car Wash?
No, you may cancel your membership at any time at least 72 hours before your monthly billing date online here.
14I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have your pass number, please visit any Drive & Shine Car Wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please contact us at VIP@driveandshine.com
